A storefront is only the beginning

Catalog-aware design

Let approved business buyers access the right products, prices and ordering process.

Payment and fulfillment checks

The product pages must sell, but the inventory, payment and fulfillment rules must work too. We review that complete journey so the result supports the people running the store.

An operational handover

The agreed buying journey and operational handoffs are checked before launch.

In our clients’ words.

“ICM did a great job, on time and within specified budget.”

“I would highly recommend him to everyone who wants quality work and a pleasant person to deliver it.”

“Great Contractor! Simply WONDERFUL!”

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Your B2B and wholesale ecommerce project, clearly defined.

Retailers, wholesalers and digital-product businesses with a defined catalog and an operational owner.

01

Account workflows

Describe the trigger, each decision and the expected output, with clear approval boundaries. Exceptions are routed to a named owner instead of repeatedly retrying a business action without oversight.

02

Wholesale catalog rules

Match source records and required fields to the destination, including identifiers, variants and exceptions. Agree a representative sample, then check counts and selected records rather than assuming an import completed correctly.

03

Quote or purchase-order journey

The brief defines the exact quote or purchase-order journey required for b2b and wholesale ecommerce. We show the named output at its review milestone and record any data, access or third-party dependencies before handover.

04

Installation & setup included

Installation, initial configuration and launch on the included hosting, with connection of your existing domain and SSL once access is ready. Domain registration and paid third-party subscriptions are separate.

05

Hosting included

Hosting and deployment for one new website are included for the first 12 months. SSL and connection of your existing domain are included. Domain registration, paid software, email hosting and third-party usage are separate. Resource requirements are reviewed against the package before launch; hosting renewal is quoted before the included period ends. There is no automatic renewal charge.

Scope and requirements

Tax, credit terms and customer approval policies must be provided.

Any additional work is scoped and priced for your approval.

ONE LESS THING TO ORGANIZE

Hosting & setup.
Already taken care of.

Your new website package includes 12 months of hosting and launch setup, for a coordinated launch.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Questions before
you start?

Ask the team ↗
What is included?

Includes Account workflows, Wholesale catalog rules and Quote or purchase-order journey. Tax, credit terms and customer approval policies must be provided.

Are product descriptions included?

Catalog import uses the material supplied in the agreed format. New product copy, photography and large-scale data cleanup are included only when explicitly listed.

Can you guarantee no downtime during migration?

We rehearse the move and agree a cutover window. Platform restrictions, DNS propagation and third-party systems mean zero downtime cannot be promised.

What happens to existing passwords and subscriptions?

We check the source and destination capabilities first. Some credentials and payment tokens cannot be transferred; any reactivation or customer communication plan is agreed before migration.

Is hosting included?

Hosting and launch setup for this new self-hostable site are included for the period shown in the hosting section. Review the stated limits and renewal terms. Domain registration and paid third-party services are separate unless explicitly included.
